FordPass Connect
Let’s start with one of the best reasons to have FordPass – connectivity. FordPass Connect provides a Wi-Fi hotspot where you and your passengers can get online. This system works for up to ten devices. You can also get connected to help when you have a flat tire or run out of gas. Get reminders when it's time for routine service for your Ford vehicle.When you download the app onto your phone, you can use it to start the engine, lock or unlock the doors, and even adjust the temperature inside the cabin. Find your vehicle in a crowded parking lot with the app or find the lowest gas price on a trip.
FordPass Rewards
Another reason to get excited about FordPass is the rewards program. You can start out with the welcome rewards of 42,000 points when you purchase a new gasoline Ford vehicle or 75,000 for diesel. Gain other points every time you come in for service or use certain services on your FordPass app.Membership is automatic when you download the app or sign up online. You earn points when you take a survey or view a video on the app. You get 10 points for each dollar spent.
Redeeming points is even easier. Use them for an oil change or other services. Save them to use on a new vehicle when you’re ready to upgrade to a different model.
FordPass Rewards Visa
If you like the thought of earning points to save for a new car, SUV, or truck, sign up for the FordPass Rewards Visa card. You can get more points every time you use the card. For car-related purchases, like gasoline, toll fees, parking costs, and auto insurance, you get 3 percent.Ford services like oil changes, brake replacement, or other routine maintenance provide up to 10 percent in points. Other purchases, such as groceries or a shopping spree, will pay back one percent in points.
It can take up to 10 days to see new points in your account or 30 days for new vehicle purchases. Owner’s Advantage members can have their points transferred to the new program.
